Dr. Vivek Dubey

Dr. Vivek Dubey, Consultant in Internal Medicine, Critical Care, and Intensive Care with over 26 years of experience holds prestigious qualifications: FRCP and MRCP from the Royal Colleges of Physicians, Edinburgh and Glasgow, FCCP from the USA. He has also managed acute cardiac and respiratory emergencies, pancreatitis, encephalopathies, and renal emergencies in the ICU and wards throughout his illustrious career. He has excellent experience in various ICU procedures and has been very involved in teaching and training junior doctors and the paramedical staff. He is the Chief of the Infection Control Committee and Antibiotic Policy Board at his hospital, where he has had an invaluable contribution to ensure superior standards of patient care and infection control. He is an International Examiner for MRCP PACES and owner of the “EASY PACES MRCP PACES” Academy.

Currently, he is working as Consultant in Acute Medicine at Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust and also previously worked as Consultant in Acute Medicine at Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust, Consultant Intensive Care and Internal Medicine at Chirayu Super Speciality Hospital in Mumbai, and Consultant in Acute Medicine at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Long experience includes taking care of critically ill patients, the facilitation of infection control audits, clinical governance meetings, and clinical audits. They are sound in English and Hindi and have vast experience regarding pre-, post-operative medical conditions such as heart and neuro surgeries. Another key area is devotion toward developing Acute Medicine and SDEC units in India to international standards.
