Dr. Rekha Dubey

Dr. Rekha Dubey has been a seasoned Consultant Nephrologist with over 23 years of experience in the field of Nephrology and Internal Medicine. She is also FRCP and MRCP from the Royal College of Physicians in Edinburgh along with being Diplomate of National Board in Nephrology. During her great career, she has served in senior positions like the one at Chirayu Superspeciality Hospital in Mumbai, where she led the Critical Care Nephrology Unit and Dialysis Unit. She is an important part of the development of the Renal Transplant Unit in Bhakti Vedanta Hospital, and she has seen more than 200 renal transplants. She manages complications such as acute renal failure, glomerulonephritis, and other nephrology and internal medicine emergencies.

This person has significantly contributed to the growth of nephrology units and dialysis centers in Mumbai. Her skills encompass advanced techniques like renal biopsy, dialysis catheterization, and plasmapheresis. She is an active trainer of doctors. At present, she is practicing as a Consultant in Acute Medicine in Shrewsbury & Telford NHS Trust, UK. Her educational activities can be seen through tutoring for the MRCP PACES course at EASY PACES ACADEMY besides her lively contribution to different infection control committees and antibiotic policy-making committees.
